Yes, the coffee and conversation is always brewing in
the Common Ground adult Sunday school class. Founded seven years
ago by a group of visitors, Common Ground is a discussion-based class
with a varied curriculum based on spiritual growth. Several social
events and mission outreach projects are planned each year.
Visitors are welcomed and appreciated! |

Curriculum is Adult Bible Study Series. This
class makes donations in the form of memorials, honorariums to the
Foundation Fund, and contributions to the Head Start program.
Members are active in Meals on Wheels, the Sewing Circle, and the Prayer
Shawl Ministry. |

Mission: To grow in the fruit of the Holy
Spirit which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness,
gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control. This class was formed
to minister especially to those who are single, widowed or may find
attending SS without their spouse more comfortable with women only.
Some of the ladies have husbands in the 8:00 am Bible study during SS,
while others may meet them at the Worship Service at 10:30. The
goal for the class is to grow in fruit of the Holy Spirit through the
study of God's Word with application. |

Established by Pastor Jerry Mayo in 1988, it grew to
32 members by August of that year. The class now has 50+ members.
Focus of this class is to teach the Good News of the New Testament as
well as study ancient Biblical times. Teachers come from among the
class membership, but no one is pressured to teach. If you like to
teach, you are welcome to do so. Activities include church
projects, fundraising, day trips, attend functions, and gather at class
members' homes for fun and fellowship. Come join us and hear the
Good News! |

The curriculum consists of the study of different books of the Bible or
different topics which inspire open discussion. Once a month the
class meets for lunch after Sunday school. Kindred Spirits is
involved with "My Friends House." |

Recognizing the Bible as the Divinely inspired Word
of God, we desire to study and apply its teachings to our lives as
disciples of Jesus Christ. This is our newest Sunday school class
and it is growing each month! All who are interested in studying

Started in the early 1980s as a Bible Study class
with the church's minister as the teacher. The curriculum is still
based on the study of various books of the Bible with several class
members serving as teacher leaders on a rotating basis. |

Caring for another in our Church family....doing all
the good we can at all the times we can....to all the people we can.
We discuss timely issues as we seek to follow Christ in our faith walk

Bible/books/videos/lectures. |

Disciple Sunday school is an intergenerational class
journeying through the Bible together to seek scriptural guidance as we
endeavor to be "salt and light" in our world outside of Church.
This is not a Disciple Bible Study group, though study of the Bible is
our focus. As a small group, we encourage each other in our faith
and enjoy laughter and Christian fellowship centered in Jesus Christ.
Class members rotate as teachers on a volunteer basis. |

Bible and other books. Scripture is read and discussed to help

discussion style class lead by several class members who serve as
rotating teachers . The curriculum includes Bible study and
current religious issues. The class is involved in numerous
mission ministries throughout the year and several members are actively
involved in VIM projects, Habitat for Humanity and Nomads. |

We are a discussion based Sunday school class.
We come together to learn more about Christ, worship Him, and strengthen
each other in our human situation and realizing that we are all Works in
Progress. Couples with children have always been our niche since a
portion of our studies include both parenting and marriage relationship
enhancement. |
