Most events are communicated appropriately within 2-3 weeks prior to the event date.  Depending on the size and nature of your event (ie…church wide) we  may want to start sooner.  That’s why it’s critical to share information as you know the details.  Should the information change…simply contact the Jody Todd, our Communciation Director.

The absolute “drop dead” time for announcements in the weekend bulletin is Tuesday at 12:00 p.m.  An Announcement Request should be sent to the Communication Director prior to this time to ensure any possibility of placement.
